Shipping

Shipping is free and will always be.

• Shipping to customers will be free for all pre-paid and cash-on-delivery (COD) orders.
• Return shipping charges will be borne by customer/buyer.
• There are NO hidden charges to be paid on purchase; a buyer pays the price seen on the product page. Cost is inclusive of all charges: Tax, shipping, delivery, etc.

In case where customer does not accept orders:

• If customer has placed COD (Cash on delivery) order and not accepted; the customer will be able to place only pre-paid orders in future on bagpoint.in
• If customer has placed pre-paid order and not accepted; the customer will be refunded with the amount paid less reverse courier/shipping charges.
